Works as intended, takes a few tries to get the right position on your nose for the sticky pads, but otherwise its pretty easy to use. The magnets on the white plastic nose spreader are really strong. My nose is thinner than the smallest size nose spreader so I attach one side with the magnet and then slightly push that side out til the other side connects with the magnet. I found the best way to remove the white nose spreader after use is to tilt it upwards towards your eyebrows and firmly pull up and outwards at the same time. You can reuse the sticky pads at least twice if you are careful placing and removing them off your nose. Very happy with purchase.
