The product arrived in a well-packed bag. The teethers (that's what I call it) were in a small plastic box and inside they were stuffed in a mini protection bag. I have tried and used it and it is of very good quality, after doing the exercise for a few repetitions, I notice how I pull my jaw (good sense and no pain). The results are not immediate so I have to spend a good time until I finally see progress
