Works really well for such a simple device. normally I can do 100 press ups without any real struggles but using this board obviously increases the difficulties and I start to really feel the burn after just 50 which is good

The item arrived before the estimated date, the product description is close to the truth although the handles where one rests the hands are described as "padded handles" actually is not so, they are plastic without any lining that pones the grip. The packaging was a little chanced, but everything was fine, checking everything as specified in the photos, however the instructions for its use come in a very young daughter, as can be seen in the photo making its reading very difficult, More still not much is explained how to use it for the development of each muscle, I think they could put a better manual to help the user, and I don't think it would cost them much, and would make your product a better acquisition

The box arrived a bit dented but the product was well protected. The box brings the 2 accessories to do the different types of exercises, 2 dumbbells, the instructions and a few stops to put under so that do not slip on the ground. Apart from the state of the box, the 2 supports aunq are fine, I could notice that they were slightly dirty in some parts but nothing that a wash can not do, otherwise it looks good.

Not need a lot of material to muscle and maintain the upper body, well-controlled pumps with a different arrangement with hands and arms are enough.
