Fantastic! The tool is just as I expected. When squeezed, it can be uncomfortable against the cheeks, and it tends to slide out slowly however, tilting your head up can prevent this. Overall, it's a useful tool, although it did cause some jaw discomfort after prolonged use so it's better to take it slow and have some time between the sets.

The article arrived very quickly. In 2 weeks I was home. The material is of good quality. The only downside I find is that when you have it in your mouth and you are exercising with your jaw, then it happens that the side holes sucker against the cheeks and it becomes somewhat difficult to continue using it in the mouth. Also with this device saliva much more than normal
